Prerit came to Syracuse University four years ago with the help of the International Trustee Scholarship. “This award made my decision to go to Syracuse University a lot easier,” he says. “I came to SU because I believed it was where I’d find the best architecture education possible and I was right. Over the past few years, I’ve had countless opportunities to learn from and engage with brilliant minds, travel and experience the built environment and diverse cultures around me, and I’ve made the most of them. In the process, all these experiences have helped me become a better architect.”

Now a senior, he has been a part of the Renee Crown University Honors Program since his freshman year. Prerit is currently also an Ambassador for MENAT Students.

After graduation, Prerit hopes to become a practicing architect at a top architecture firm. Besides practicing architecture, he hopes to travel the world and experience new cultures and traditions.

Prerit’s advice to future SU student: “Don’t let the winter scare you. Enjoy every moment at SU and try to exploit the endless possibilities.”
